Purchasing

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. At that point, our contract begins. We will include the details of your purchase and follow up with an estimated dispatch date. We shall send a further confirmation email on dispatch of your goods. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will let you know and refund any payments made.

These terms may change over time. The terms applying to your order are those displayed on this website on the date you place your order.

Please ensure all personal details provided are accurate and up to date so we can deliver your goods.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling, and we only accept payment in pounds sterling.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Delivery

We require full payment before dispatching any artwork.

Delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

You are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or other charges. If you refuse a delivery, you will still be responsible for all related costs to and from the UK, which will be deducted from any refund.

We aim to dispatch orders within five working days of acceptance, though this may vary due to events beyond our control.

Prints and cards are produced to order and may take up to three weeks to dispatch.

For any delivery if there is a significant delay we shall inform you by email.

For UK addresses, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48. For international orders, we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

If you are not available to receive delivery, please contact the courier to rearrange. If no alternative delivery is arranged after a failed attempt, we will get in touch for further instructions. If no response is received within five working days, we may cancel the contract and once the product has been returned to us in it’s original condition we shall refund your payment minus any reasonable costs including redelivery fees.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a full refund by emailing us within seven days of receiving your item. Returned goods must be undamaged, in original packaging, and sent using signed-for and insured delivery. Return costs are your responsibility.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, you will be charged the full value.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Please note: personalised or commissioned items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the standard 14-day distance selling cancellation period where applicable.

Title

Ownership of the artwork passes to you only once full payment has been received. If a refund is issued, ownership returns to us.

Our Products

Product images are provided for reference. Although we do our best to present colours accurately, minor differences may occur and will not be considered faults.

Intellectual Property

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the artwork remain the property of Sharon Blake. You do not gain any ownership or licence rights by purchasing artwork. Reproducing the work in any way, including copying, scanning, or photographing, is strictly prohibited. All rights are reserved.
