Delivery Policy

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch artwork within five working days after confirming your order and receiving full payment. In some cases, prints or cards that are made to order may take up to three weeks to ship. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery Methods

• UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48

• International Orders: Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Customs and Import Duties

If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other import charges. If you refuse delivery of a package, any related costs for returning the goods to us, plus duties and taxes, will be deducted from your refund.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, please follow the instructions from the courier to rearrange delivery or collect from their local depot. If you do not rearrange or collect the parcel after a failed attempt, and we do not hear from you within five working days, we may cancel the contract and once the product has been returned to us in it’s original condition we shall refund your payment minus any reasonable delivery or storage costs.

Shipping Costs

Delivery costs are shown during checkout and confirmed before you complete your order. These costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.
